This 22"x22" pillow has a pre-shrunk cotton backing with zipper. Pillow insert included. We recommend rotating and flipping the pillow occasionally. 22" x 22" 100% wool face with 100% cotton backing Spot clean with cold water or dry clean. Assembled in the USA of imported materials.
